Her skills for high end recipe development have translated seamlessly to our beers. Attention to detail and a strive for perfection are seen throughout all her offerings. Erin loves classic styles but loves to brew them all.

George is as passionate about food innovation as he is with business which is the perfect fit. Spending much of his life in Florida, George enjoys the coastal outdoors as well as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. 

A bad ass bartender, craft beer aficionado, and super-fast learner, Baylee has become a great brewer. Her evident passion for craft beer has driven her desire to be the best brewer she can. Baylee comes to us as a regular, enjoying our variety of beers.
